  • The deposit must be made in advance as soon as possible to lock out the date.
  • In the event of an emergency due to travel conditions or health we will Sub-Contract out your event to cover the booking date if at possible or,
  • We shall refund your money is the second option within 10 buisness days.
  • The job site must be easily accesable for a standard contract.

  • The client shall be responsible for safe & easy access on job location and all height requirements.
  • If the area is not easily accesable there shall be a $100.00 to$200.oo Access Charge depending upon the on site conditions.
  • Our company has a 15 foot truck with a 12 foot U-hall and 5 foot ramp.
  • If you do not have a loading zone or reserve parking in front of the building and it is unsafe to unload or load an extra charges will be posted to the clients bill and payment shall be due (before) the start of the event.
  • We cannot break state laws or safty laws.

  • Set Up Time Required Inside or Outside.
  • Outside Conditions,
  • Define Electrical Set Up.
  • Must have the legal means and electrical inputs to house the equipment and power the equipment according to state code.
  • Special Note Absolutely No Outside events during Lightening Storms Or Rain for the safty of the client and DJ.
  • If a storm moves into the area we would have no choice but to power down until it is safe to power up.
  • If we power down this time is also charged to your event.
  • Or the downtime is subtracted from your total hours.
  • Define Outside Contitions.
  • We cannot see into the future.
  • If you have an outside event and the weather becomes a problem we cannot refund your money due to this so please be sure an outside event is what you want.
  • The Client is responsible for a safe area of set up for outside events.
  • Define Safe Area.
  • A tent or cover space set up for the DJ with electrical imputs within this housing.
  • The client must run the water proof electrical cords to the tent or cover space area.
  • The DJ Shall Not Work In A Uncovered Area!
  • The Clint Is Resposibile For All Outside Lighting.
  • We Can Provide Outside Lighting For An Extra Charge Of $75.00
  • This lighting will cover the general area only within 100 feet of the DJ.
  • The client is responsible for controling security within the area of
  • the event and shall be resposible for the safety of not only the DJ
  • but the equipment set up by the DJ on location from damage by guests
  • on location.
  • The Alleycat Entertainment can Sub-Contract out security for you
  • for $150.00 for that 4 hour event anything over 4 hours shall be $50.00
  • per hour and shall be paid by cash in advance before the extra time starts.
  • The average event is 4 hours any thing over that will be a charge of $100.00 Per hour unless agreed upon in advance in writing.
  • No half hour rates!
  • Wedding Events.
  • The Planners of the weddings must sent a song list or MC program to the DJ no later then 2 weeks before the event.
  • If the planners do not send this list the DJ cannot promise you a selection of songs that you would like to have played that is a must.
  • If for any reason you must cancel your event you will not recieve a refund on your deposit unless I can book that date that you blocked out.
  • If I book that date that you blocked out then you would recieve a full refund with 10 buisness days.
  • On bookings that are made one year in advance a earnest deposit of $100.00 Is required. (This Deposit Is Non Refundable)
  • 60 days before the event the balance of the deposit must be made to go hand in hand with this earnest deposit.
  • The Balance must be paid in full when the DJ arrives.
  • The Balance must be paid in cash only.
  • You may pay the full amount on line that is the only exception.
  • It balance must be paid on line no later then 10 buisness days before the event date.
  • Add $12.00 to amount due.
  • The DJ must be allowed 4 hours to remove the equipment after the event is over in most cases it only takes 2 hours.
  • The DJ must be allowed 5-6 hours to set up for your event.
