The Wedding List.

• ALL requested songs must be made in advance so that the DJ can get this music for the client 30 days before the Wedding / Private Event.
• Our company does not download songs at the event unless requested in advance before the start of the event.
• The client MUST make up the announcement sheet 30 days before the event so that the MC can evaluate the time needed between the song set up.
• Our company must give you a contract by e-mail so that you understand clearly how we are to move forward.
• Our company must have the Earnest Fee or Deposit made before we can lock out the date of your event.
• Everything we do here at The Alleycat Entertainment is by the letter.
• So please lay out the ground work of how you want your event to be done so that our company and you will be happy with our service.
• Do not wait down to the last moment to prepair for your DJ.
• The DJ is the one who sets the mood and pace of your wedding.
• Do not be fooled,
• We work hard for our money.

• Our company needs the address and location of your event and landmarks.
• Here is an example
• Address- 12902 Boothtown Road Roanoke Va. 23123
• Time Of Event 8pm to 12 am
• Place - Hotel Roanoke - Near the airport (downtown)
• You may laugh but you would indeed be surprized with what directions we get from some clients.
• We also will need your phone number at home and mobile.
• If you do not have a mobile phone then you must give us a mobile phone of a friend that can reach you fast. ( this is very important)
• We also need the phone number of where you are holding the event and the name of who is in charge of that building.
• You need to let us know what you expect because I will always let you know what I expect.
• Important note that is also in the contract:

• We MUST be able to get into the building or area of the event 4-5 hours before the start of the event to set up.
• We MUST be able to get in with ease with our truck and u-hall

• If not (extra charges) will be posted because our quote is a standard contract quote.
• I have found in the past that clients fail to tell the DJ about this because they are afraid they will be charged more money.
• We are not a moving company and our equipment is very heavy so we charge by the job not the hour.
• Here is how we figure up our charges.
• (1)-How hard it is to get in and out of the event.
• (2)-How many miles we must travel.
• (3)-Are there any perks.
• (4)-By the hours we invest in the event.
• Keep in mind that we are not your average small DJ with 2 speakers and 3 lights on stage.
• We set the room for the very best sound.
